Yesterday afternoon, Jan. 11, the Varsity boys basketball team won their Tomahawk Conference game against Athens. During the first half it was a close game, they were only down 29-32. By the end of the third quarter the boys were down 34-46. The boys were determined though, they ended up tying the game which sent them to overtime. They won 66-63 and the game ball was given to senior Devon White for reaching 1,000 points earlier this season. Congratulations to Devon for reaching this impressive milestone.
